Argentina's AFS has finally accepted me into their program! The next step is to find a host family for me. The latest I will find out information about my host family is two weeks before my departure in late February. Also, thank you to everyone who has donated money towards my trip! I appreciate every single little penny :)

- My name is Shelby Miller, and I am a sixteen year old junior in High School. Currently I am a part of the Running Start Program at Bellevue College. I am looking forward to being a foreign exchange student in Argentina this Winter! I would love to be a part of this once in a lifetime experience, and learn about another country's culture, life, and the contrast between my home and theirs. My goal before I come back home, is to be fluent in Spanish, and be able to say that the trip changed who I am in a positive way. During my six month journey, I hope to create bonds with people that last for many years. I am very excited to say that I am going to be a foreign exchange student, and I cannot wait until this February when I depart!
